Family Consultation
At Woodsetts Primary School, we believe that the strongest schools are built on partnership with families. Your views, ideas, and feedback are essential in helping us make our school the very best it can be.
We regularly consult with parents and carers through:
-
Surveys and questionnaires on key areas of school life including ones sent by our trust.
-
Parent meetings and coffee mornings where we discuss upcoming developments and gather input.
-
Informal feedback, through conversations, email and Arbor messages.
We analyse every response carefully, celebrate what is working well, and take action where changes or improvements are needed.
“You Said, We Did”
To ensure transparency and show the impact of your feedback, we publish our responses as part of our “You Said, We Did” updates.
For example:
-
You said: Communication about events could be clearer.
We did: Introduced a termly events calendar and increased the use of Arbor messages for reminders. -
You said: More opportunities for children to share their learning with parents.
We did: We have added Exhibitions of Learning as curriculum showcase events for families to attend.
This feedback is shared in school, sent to families and can be viewed right here on this page.
