Reception (F2)

Hello and welcome to Foundation Two’s class page! At Woodsetts Primary School we want children to be happy and confident, and to develop a real thirst for learning. We provide them with a safe and stimulating environment to enable them to learn and explore, and aim to foster children’s individual wants, needs and interests in order for them to get the most out of their experiences. Children have lots of opportunities to facilitate their own learning through carefully resourced provision areas and adults support children through high quality interactions that challenge thinking and extend learning.

Transition into F2 for September 2023

To help aid transition, we have created a short clip to help introduce the adults and a presentation to help the children learn more about their new class. We hope this helps. We will also explore other ways we can support the children to help them feel ready for their new classes.
